The Maasai Women Health Organization (MWHO) runs mobile clinics, trains traditional birth attendants, and fights FGM and early marriage restoring health, dignity and futures across Maasai communities.

What We Do?

Maternal & Child Health

We run regular mobile clinic outreach delivering antenatal care, safe delivery support, immunizations and nutrition services in remote Maasai areas.

Menstrual Hygiene Education

School and community programs reach students and caregivers with practical menstrual health training, sanitary-kit distribution, and dignity education.

FGM Prevention & Survivor Support

Community talks, alternative rites, and counseling for survivors and families. We combine education with referral services and emotional care.

TBA Training & Capacity Building

Training for Traditional Birth Attendants in sterile technique, danger-signs, and referral systems to reduce maternal mortality.

Early Marriage Prevention & Support

Rescue, counseling and school reintegration for girls at risk or rescued from early marriage.

Community Awareness & Advocacy

We engage communities to promote women’s rights, end violence, and support access to health and education.
